Supporting women and their families
Welcome
After experiencing a traumatic birth with my firstborn, I painfully discovered the maternity industry was not created with the birthing woman in mind, globally and historically.
I did not feel empowered in birthing my own child, we were dismissed as first-time parents, and most importantly, I felt like I had no control over my own birth despite months of mental and physical preparation.
In retaliation to my stolen experience, I began studying and researching the best ways to optimize the birthing experience.
To reclaim childbirth as a natural phenomenon and not a medical emergency.
Through my courses and 1:1 sessions:
I will help you to navigate the Industrial Birth Complex. Assist you in becoming emotionally and physically prepared for birth. To teach you to advocate on your own behalf in order to make informed decisions that impact you and your family. And make sure you receive the support you need to thrive postpartum and out.

Khadija provided me with freezer meals and a postpartum care package which was so helpful due to having just birthed a little one.
I didn't have the worries of cooking meals for two weeks!
The sweet affirmations kept me going and gave me a push even when I was so tired.
The lactation cookies helped so much with my milk supply in fate first few weeks of breastfeeding.
I would recommend every mama to hire her as their postpartum doula. Looking back, I wished she was my full-time doula!
